and APA hopes the following statement will
help you understand how APA collects, uses

Information
Collection
Our share registry service provider, ASX
Perpetual Registries collects, uses and handles
all of unitholders personal information
for APA.
APA has a website however no personal information
is collected when accessing the site except
for the information you provide to us by
completing an inquiry form. "Cookies" are
used to collect information on how our site
is used. However, this information is collected
and tracked in aggregate and not linked to
any individual.
Apart from the items mentioned above, APA
does not collect personal information on
individuals.
Use of
Personal Information
APA will only use the personal information
we collect from you for the purpose you have
provided it, for the purpose disclosed at
the time of collection or otherwise as set
out in this Privacy Statement. We will not
use your personal information for any other
purpose without first obtaining your consent
unless authorised or required by law.
Once you become a unitholder of APA, Chapter
2C of the Corporations Act 2001 requires
information about you (including your name,
address and details of the units you hold)
to be included in APAs public register.
This information must continue to be included
in APAs public register if you cease
to be a unitholder. These statutory obligations
are not altered by the Privacy Act 1988.
Companies
Who Provide Services To APA
As outlined above, ASX Perpetual Registries
is a service provider of APA, and are not
permitted to use personal information about
you for any purpose, except to perform the
services we have asked them to provide in
accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.
Disclosure
of Information
As your name, address and details of the
units you hold are included in APAs
public register, anyone who provides us with
notice may have access to, or obtain a copy
of the public register in accordance with
the Corporations Act 2001. In some cases,
a service fee may be charged by our registry
service provider for this information.
We will not disclose any information to any
person without your approval unless it is
in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001
or required by other laws.

of Access and Correction
You can contact our Privacy Officer at any

information we may hold about you or if you
would like us to correct it. You may contact
